Poor customer service after purchase December 13, 2008
Before placing my order Brackley's provided fairly good customer service. However, once the order was placed the service decreased substantially and in my case they all out lied to me. They were supposed to include certain items with my suit. When I received the suit, however, half of the items were missing. I sent numerous e-mails to them asking about the remaining items and it took over a month for them to respond. They then said the would send the remaining items. After waiting a number of weeks and not receiving anything I sent them an e-mail asking what was going on. They said they were waiting for the items to arrive and would send them in a week. A few more weeks went by and I still didn't receive anything. I started sending e-mails, and again after another MONTH of waiting they finally sent me a reply stating that they were not going to send the items despite their earlier promise to do so.
I could not believe they would say they were going to send me something on numerous occasions and then just not send it and not even bother to tell me. I will never buy another suit from Brackley's. They can't be trusted to keep their word.
